Submitting a takedown notice
Send a written notification to [email protected] containing:
- Physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner (or authorised agent).
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
- Identification of the material to be removed, with URLs sufficient to locate it.
- Contact information (address, phone, email).
- A statement made in good faith that the disputed use is not authorised by the copyright owner.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate.
Response time
Complete notices are actioned within 48 business hours. Incomplete or bad-faith notices will be returned for correction.
Repeat infringers
SpecialHentai terminates accounts (and, where applicable, source integrations) associated with repeat infringement in accordance with 17 U.S.C. § 512(i).
